The best Loox alternatives

The best Loox alternatives are Vouch, Judge.me, Okendo, Yotpo and Junip. Loox is a strong app for photo and video reviews, so the usual reasons to switch are price or a different need, such as importing and translating reviews or adding an AI sales agent.

We make Vouch, one of the alternatives below. We've tried to be fair; here is when another app is the better pick. Facts about other apps come from their Shopify App Store listings, checked on 24 October 2026.

What Loox is good at

  • Photo and video review requests by email, QR code and discount.
  • On-brand review widgets made for mobile.
  • AI tools: review stories, smart sorting, highlights, summaries, translations and replies.
  • Review sync with Shop App, Meta, Google Shopping and TikTok Shop.
  • Social posts from reviews, and customer referrals.
  • Rated 4.9 from 9,951 reviews, Built for Shopify, and on the App Store since 2015.

Switching

How to move your reviews from Loox to Vouch

  1. 1 Export your reviews from Loox as a CSV file.
  2. 2 Install Vouch and import the CSV file. Your existing reviews come with you.
  3. 3 Check the imported reviews, then add the Vouch review widget and star rating in your theme editor.
  4. 4 Remove the Loox widgets from your theme, so each product shows one set of reviews.
  5. 5 Add your Vouch review link to the post-purchase email you send from Shopify Email, Klaviyo, Omnisend or Mailchimp, because Vouch does not send review requests itself.

Staying

When you should stay with Loox
